This website is owned and run by Carnicería 99, a retail meat market and grocery store at 292 W Hermiston Ave, Hermiston, OR 97838. By using the site, you agree to what is on this page. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What is on the site belongs to us

The words, photos, logo, and design on this site are ours, or we have permission to use them. You are welcome to read the site, print a page, and share a link. Please do not copy our photos or our logo for your own business or pass our content off as your own.

We try to keep it accurate, but we cannot promise it

We write what is true about the market: our hours, our address, our departments, and what we carry. Even so, things change. A product can sell out. Hours can change on a holiday. Prices are not listed here at all, and nothing on this site is a price quote or an offer to sell at a particular price.

So the site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will always be correct, complete, or available. Before you drive over for something specific, please call us at (541) 701-0471 and we will tell you what is actually in the case today.

Orders and payment

You cannot buy anything on this website. There is no cart and no checkout. Every sale happens in person at the store, and the terms of that sale are whatever we agree to at the counter.

The message form is a way to ask us a question or start a conversation about a bulk order, a catering date, or a hot deli order. Sending it does not place an order and does not reserve anything. An order is set when we confirm it with you directly, by phone or in person.

Food, allergies, and how our food is made

We prepare, cut, and marinate food in a shared space. Meat, dairy, wheat, soy, chile, nuts, and other allergens are handled in the same building and on shared equipment. We cannot guarantee that anything is free of a given allergen.

If you have a food allergy or a medical reason to avoid an ingredient, ask us in person before you buy, and use your own judgment. Descriptions on this site are there to tell you what we sell, not to serve as ingredient or nutrition labeling.

Limit on what we owe you

To the fullest extent the law allows, Carnicería 99 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that come from using this website or from relying on something you read here. This paragraph is about the website. It does not take away any right you have under consumer protection or food safety law, and it does not limit our responsibility for the food we actually sell you.

Some links take you to other companies, such as our social media profiles or a map. We do not run those sites and we are not responsible for them. Once you click, their rules apply, not ours.

Your privacy

What this site collects and who receives it is covered in our Privacy Policy. If you agree to text messages, the text message terms in that policy apply too.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute about this website belongs in the state or federal courts that serve Umatilla County, Oregon.

We can update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after that, you are accepting the updated version.
